All paid plans show their credits, storage caps, and overage rules in-app. We will never silently downgrade visual quality or export resolution.

Section 1

1. Using Echonos

Create an account, keep credentials secure, and make sure your uploads belong to you or you have explicit permission to use them.

You must be 16+ or have guardian approval. Businesses warrant that the person accepting the terms can bind the company.
Do not attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, or otherwise copy our proprietary models or UI flows.
One human = one beta seat. Reach out for studio or agency access if you need multiple collaborators.

Section 2

2. Content & Ownership

You own the audio you upload and the rendered videos you export, while granting Echonos a license to store, process, and analyze assets to run the service.

Keep content free of hateful, sexual, or violent material, and never infringe on third-party IP.
We may use anonymized render data to improve prompts, beat-matching, and style transfer quality.
Delete a project at any time to purge its media from shared inference caches within 30 days.

3. Payments & Credits

Subscriptions, pay-as-you-go credits, and promotional drops are all denominated in USD unless otherwise stated.

Fees are non-refundable once renders start, but we will credit obvious platform failures.
Unused monthly credits roll for 30 days on Growth plans; enterprise contracts follow their addenda.
Chargebacks or failed invoices may pause rendering access until balances are cleared.

4. Platform Conduct

Keep the community safe and the GPU queue healthy by following these ground rules.

No automated task runners that mimic human actions in the UI.
Security research is welcome via responsible disclosure, never via live tenant data.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the platform or ignore rate limits.

Section 5

5. Liability & Changes

We provide Echonos "as is" and limit liability to the greater of the fees you paid in the last 3 months or $100.

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced in-app and by email.
Continued use after an update means you accept the newest terms.
If any clause is unenforceable, the rest of the agreement remains intact.

Questions or disputes

Most issues resolve fast when you talk with the team. Message us before filing a dispute so we can fix billing glitches, failed renders, or access issues within 48 hours.
