Minimum data, maximum signal

We only collect what we need to render visuals, secure your account, and improve the product. Audio fingerprints are hashed and decoupled from PII.

You control retention

Delete a project and its media leaves hot storage immediately and cold backups within 30 days. Need a faster purge? Ping support and we will wipe the shard manually.

Transparent partners

Inference runs on GPU providers that meet strict confidentiality terms. We never sell creator data, period.

1. Data We Collect

We capture the basics when you create an account plus the media you upload when you render.

Profile data: name, email, handle, role, and workspace metadata.
Usage data: feature interactions, queue times, device + browser info for diagnostics.
Content data: audio uploads, prompts, render settings, and generated frames.

2. How We Use Data

Data keeps Echonos reliable, personalized, and secure.

Operate: authenticate you, process payments, render videos, and provide support.
Improve: train and evaluate our vision + audio models using anonymized render stats.
Protect: monitor abuse, enforce rate limits, and investigate suspicious activity.

3. Sharing & Storage

We only share data with vendors that help us operate the stack, all under confidentiality agreements.

Infrastructure: AWS, GCP, or specialized GPU providers in the US/EU with encryption at rest.
Payments: Stripe processes billing details--we never store raw card numbers.
Collaboration: when you invite teammates, they can access the projects you explicitly share.

4. Your Controls

You always decide who sees your work and how long we keep it.

Profile updates and workspace deletes are available inside Settings -> Account.
Request a full export or deletion by emailing privacy@echonos.ai from the account address.
Opt out of product emails via the footer link without affecting transactional notices.

5. Security & Compliance

Our security posture scales alongside the product.

Encryption: TLS in transit + AES-256 at rest for media, prompts, and billing tokens.
Access: role-based access control, hardware keys for staff, and logged admin actions.
Reviews: penetration tests twice per year plus independent SOC 2 controls in progress.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, amend, delete, or port your data. We handle these without legal hoops.
